Financial information includes payment card or bank account details (for premium payments) and credit history (obtained with your consent for rating purposes). Driving and claims history includes motor vehicle records and prior insurance claims.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide insurance quotes, process applications, communicate with you about your policies, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations. We may also use your information to send you relevant offers and updates with your consent.

Information Sharing

We share your information with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and bind policies, with service providers who assist our operations, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Sub-processors include Google Gemini (AI conversation), Twilio (voice and SMS), and Google Cloud (infrastructure). Each operates under strict data-processing agreements.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Illinois residents have additional rights under the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act, and California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
