Opt-In & Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Amsure Co., you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages, including but not limited to: insurance quotes, policy updates, payment reminders, and promotional offers.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt in by texting a keyword to our number, submitting a form on our website, or verbally consenting during a phone call with our team.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your interactions with our services, policy status, and marketing campaigns.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply to all messages sent and received.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy & Data Use

Your phone number and opt-in data will not be sold to or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use your phone number solely for the purposes described in this SMS Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. See also our Terms of Service.
